__Polymer type:__ This property indicates the type of polymer present in the material. Typical types of polymers are: PE (Polyethylene), LDPE/PE-LD (Low-Density Polyethylene), MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene), HDPE/PE-HD (High-Density Polyethylene), LLDPE/PE-LLD (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), PP Copolymer (resins from the polymerization of propylene and ethylene), PP Homopolymer (Resins from polymerized propylene), PS (Polystyrene), HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PA (Polyamide), PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride), PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate).

__MFI:__ This property gives an indication of the fluidity of the molten polymer. It is an important value for the prediction of processing behaviour and necessary for material selection. The MFI could be seen as a measured viscosity at a single temperature and shear rate. It is often measured at a specified temperature and weight. However, due to the fact that the viscosity of polymers is shear-dependent, the MFI could also be measured at multiple weights (shear rates).
__Process technology:__ This indicates the technology used in converting the raw material into semi-finished or finisghed products such as agricultural film, buckets, automobile parts, crates, tanks, pipes, bottlesetc. Typical process technology are: Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Rotational Molding, Compression Molding, Blown Film, Cast Film, Thermoforming, Fiber Spinning, Extrusion etc.

__E-modulus / tensile modulus:__ It denotes the stiffness of a material in the tensile direction. For blown films this value is measured in the machine direction and transverse direction.
